These terms govern the use of the TICKETWIFI platform by promoters. By creating an account, you accept them.
TICKETWIFI is a platform that lets a promoter sell WiFi access tickets to their customers. The promoter manages their access points, pricing and sales from their personal dashboard.
An account is created using a valid Google account. The promoter is responsible for the accuracy of their information (name, phone, country) and for keeping their access confidential. An account may be suspended in the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms.
Ticket sales and credit top-ups are collected through the integrated mobile payment aggregators. A commission may be charged on transactions, according to the conditions applicable to the promoter's country. The amount shown at the time of the transaction prevails.
The promoter is solely responsible for the quality of the WiFi service provided to their customers and for compliance with applicable local laws. TICKETWIFI provides the technical sales and management tool, without any guarantee of continuous availability, and cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by third-party networks or services.
The data collected (identity, contact, country, transaction history) is used to operate the service and is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. The promoter may request the correction or deletion of their data by contacting support.
The promoter may stop using the service at any time. TICKETWIFI may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, subject to the settlement of ongoing transactions.
